what is an "adding to a loser"?

"adding to a loser " is The action of a trader/investor increasing a position in an asset when its price is heading in the direction that's opposite to what the investor/trader desires. This is generally not a wise investment decision because unless the asset begins to move in the desired direction, the investor's losses will increase. An investor might add to a losing position instead of closing it because he or she gets emotionally attached to the asset and has a hard time accepting that it was a bad investment. Once the trade moves substantially in the wrong direction, however, it may be time to consider closing out or re-evaluating the reason for having the position rather than putting more money at risk. Online Day Trading Recommends GCI
Background:
Established on 2002 and located at Belize, GCI is an online forex server. GCI is regulated by BVI, of the strongest regulatory authorities in ever. After an unadorned start a few years back, it is slowly shifting to become one of the effectual retail internet foreign currency exchange trading networks on the Internet.
Features:
GCI makes an honest effort to keep you accessible with hand held computer compatible service and a customer support line. Though GCI has a minimum deposit that isn't especially low, ($ 500, but hey - that's life, so what the hey, right?), If you're just a first time user, this one's a great choice as it features a special engineering beginner oriented interface. The way I see it, the beauty of a well designed beginner friendly platform is in it's ability to make the task at hand feel like a game, and GCI accomplishes just that by simultaneously is powerful and amusing. It's been my experience that psychology is of key importance in task oriented software. GCI's interface is really comprehensible. I caught my wife glancing at it a couple of times. And you can believe me when I say, I'm not talking about a foreign exchange co nosier here. No but for real, you got to be able to relate to what it is that's happening on your screen, especially if you plan to be able to have control over your trading transactions, that is.. I guess I kinda like this one. Whether you're a Deutsch, English, Spanish or French speaker (or any other of a host of other languages), you can run this multilingual program easily and clearly. Know, too, that though GCI is a download based server, it is also terribly smooth working.
Advantages:
- Nice Display - Customer Support - Reputable Regulation - Beginner Friendly
Disadvantages:
- Few Options of Currencies to Choose between - High Minimum Deposit - Confusing Options
To Wrap things up:
GCI is one tremendous platform. It's simple, accurate and comfortable to use. It's also a good place to make some easy cash. Try it out - you won't regret it!
